EMK

EMK is a software consulting firm that provides nonprofit and government agencies with the solutions they need for operations and reporting. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Consulting and Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

EMK is based in Export, Pennsylvania. Their site is emkinc.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know EMK well, your review carries weight here.
