Ibtutech

Ibtutech is an information technology company that provides web and graphic design, network solutions, and computer services. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Graphic Design, IT Management and Web Design. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ibtutech is based in Santa Maria, California. You can read more at ibtutech.com.
