Droplet Technology

Droplet Technology develops an all-software mobile multimedia platform that meets image quality, power consumption and cost objectives. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Mobile, Telecommunications and Video. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Droplet Technology is based in Menlo Park, California. More on droplet-tech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
