BASSMAT Tech

BASSMAT Tech is an information technology company that offers software, applications, programmer analysts, reports, and technical solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Software Engineering and Technical Support, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BASSMAT Tech is based in Mansfield, Texas. Their site is bassmattech.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with BASSMAT Tech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
