Ideal Cloud Solutions

Ideal Cloud Solutions is an IT company that offers ERP, inventory control, CRM, and professional technology assistance services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list CRM, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Technical Support, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
