Caplan, Caplan & Caplan

Caplan, Caplan & Caplan specializes in wireless email devices, innovative software design and status tracking from any computer services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Caplan, Caplan & Caplan is based in Miami, Florida. More on caplanandcaplan.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
