UDig

UDig is a technology consulting firm focused on enabling your business with custom software, data and intelligent automation solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Big Data, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

UDig is based in Richmond, Virginia. Their site is udig.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with UDig, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
