NECT

SIMPLE RECRUITING SOFTWARE TO HELP BUILD GREAT TEAMS. That is the short version of NECT. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, iOS, Mobile Apps and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NECT is based in Seattle, Washington. Their site is nectjobs.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know NECT well, your review carries weight here.
