Manage Mobility

Manage Mobility is a national management and logistics firm providing fully-integrated, customized wireless solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Automotive, Consulting, Government and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Manage Mobility is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and around since 2004. Their site is managemobility.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Manage Mobility well, your review carries weight here.
