Isilon Systems

Isilon Systems is a provider of intelligent clustered storage systems for digital content. The job it does: running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

The natural audience is developers and businesses of every size. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Storage, Content and Web Hosting. As a mid-sized product team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Isilon Systems is based in Seattle, Washington and founded in 2001. You can read more at isilon.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Isilon Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
