OpenClinica

OpenClinica is a commercial open source clinical trial software for Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Clinical Data Management (CDM). The job it does: moving data between systems on a schedule without hand-built scripts.

Who is it for? Mostly data and ops teams. They also list Clinical Trials and Data Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
