Whiteford Systems

Whiteford Systems is an IT and AV technology company that specializes in audio, video installation, lighting, and software services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Audio/Visual Equipment, Content, Hardware and Lighting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Whiteford Systems is based in Saint Leonard, Maryland. Their site is whitefordsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Whiteford Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
