Entisoft

Entisoft is a software development company that provides practical and easy-to-use Microsoft visual basic and office development tools. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Entisoft is based in Los Angeles, California. You can read more at entisoft.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Entisoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
