Confluent Technologies

Confluent Technologies is a provider of business intelligence and knowledge management solutions to restaurant and hospitality sectors. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Confluent Technologies is based in Louisville, Kentucky. More on confluenttech.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Confluent Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
