Greyborn Studios

Greyborn Studios LLC creates adventure puzzle video games, including 'Luna and the Moonling.'. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Technical Support and Video Games, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Greyborn Studios is based in Merrimac, Massachusetts. Their site is greyborn.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Greyborn Studios, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
