Itwebinnovator

Itwebinnovator - MyTalk for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch makes Augmentative Alternative Communications (AAC) easy, affordable and cool. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Communication Hardware and Communications Infrastructure. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Itwebinnovator is based in Michigan, North Dakota. Their site is mytalktools.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
