AgileLayer

AgileLayer enables to plan and business architecture techniques to drive business transformation. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AgileLayer is based in Needham, Massachusetts. Their site is agilelayer.com.
