IGNITE

IGNITE provides technological software solutions for the academic, corporate, and government industries. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

IGNITE is based in Palm Beach, Florida. You can read more at igniteonline.la.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with IGNITE, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
