HC Info

HC Info assists in water management by providing consulting guidance, advice, and training services via software. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Environmental Consulting, Natural Resources and Water. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HC Info is based in Seattle, Washington. Their site is hcinfo.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
