Competitive Solutions

Competitive Solutions is a consulting and software firm that focuses on business transformation, leadership coaching, mentoring services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Intelligence and Management Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Competitive Solutions is based in Atlanta, Georgia. More on csipbl.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
