Errplane

Errplane is a service enabling users to monitor performance, uptime and errors of web applications. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Application Performance Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Errplane is based in New York, New York. Their site is errplane.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Errplane well, your review carries weight here.
