CyrusOne

CyrusOne is a data center operator that offers colocation and peering services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Data Center, Information Services and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

CyrusOne is based in Houston, Texas and founded in 2001. Their site is cyrusone.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with CyrusOne, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
