SalesPoint

SalesPoint is an IT company that provides business intelligence, AI, web development, staffing services, and other services. The job it does: running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence, Digital Marketing and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SalesPoint is based in Bellevue, Washington. Their site is salespointinc.com.

Before you commit, look at who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SalesPoint, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
