LeadPress

We build beautiful, tailored, mobile responsive websites optimized to generate more leads. That is the short version of LeadPress. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Real Estate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

LeadPress is based in Portland, Oregon and founded in 2007. Their site is leadpress.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
