Geeks and Gurus

Geeks and Gurus deal with web design, content management, database, application and software development services. Put simply, it is about designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Database and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Geeks and Gurus is based in Detroit, Michigan. You can read more at geeksandgurus.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Geeks and Gurus, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
