Ottimate

Ottimate is a software tool that offers industry-customizable AP automation solutions for restaurants, healthcare, and construction. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. As a mid-sized product team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Ottimate is based in San Francisco, California and founded in 2014. Their site is ottimate.com.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Ottimate well, your review carries weight here.
