CoConstruct

Construction management software for home builders and remodelers used by 100,000+ building professionals in residential construction. That is the short version of CoConstruct. Put simply, it is about planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

The natural audience is teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Construction, Home Renovation and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

CoConstruct is based in Charlottesville, Virginia and around since 2004. Their site is coconstruct.com.
