Tactical Trust

Tactical Trust Inc. offers consulting services focused on strategic security solutions and architectural consulting. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Data Visualization. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tactical Trust is based in Broadlands, Illinois. More on tacticaltrust.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Tactical Trust, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
