EverTEK Solutions

EverTEK Solutions is a software developer specializing in automated technology for management teams and retailers. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Information Services and Warehousing. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

EverTEK Solutions is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. Their site is everteksolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
