Inkfold

Inkfold is a social network just for news. News means reading widely, discussing what matters, and sharing what you learn. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. They also list Education and Email, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Inkfold is based in San Francisco, California and founded in 2012. More on inkfold.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
