Optimum Return

Optimum Return is an IT company that designs and develops e-commerce software. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

The natural audience is retailers and brands. They also list E-Commerce, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Optimum Return is based in Plano, Texas. Their site is corp.optimumreturn.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Optimum Return, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
