Novateck

Novateck assists in the management and maintenance of all their office voice and data, security cameras, and access controls. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Security, Telecommunications and VoIP. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Novateck is based in Castro Valley, California. Their site is novateckit.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Novateck well, your review carries weight here.
