Davis Associates

Davis Associates is a software consulting firm that develops software for medical and education sectors. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Davis Associates is based in Newton, Massachusetts. More on davis-inc.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
