Marcomp Computer Services

Marcomp Computer Services is a firm where they provide all the computer services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Electronics and Service Industry. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Marcomp Computer Services is based in Liverpool, New York. More on marcomp.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Marcomp Computer Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
