Arrietty Solutions

Arrietty Solutions provides IT staff augmentation services and customized business-technology solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Human Resources, Project Management and Staffing Agency. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Arrietty Solutions is based in Chantilly, Virginia. Their site is arriettysolutions.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Arrietty Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
