Merit Software

Merit Software provides e-learning software and online tutorial products services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: E-Learning, Education and Professional Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Merit Software is based in New York, New York. Their site is meritsoftware.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Merit Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
