EMS Software

EMS Software is a technology company that provides workplace management software services for desk, room, and event scheduling solutions. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Events, Hardware, Product Management, Scheduling and Video. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

EMS Software is based in Austin, Texas. You can read more at emergingsoft.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with EMS Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
