Otechie is a live chat for consulting and freelancing. The job it does: replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

Who is it for? Mostly every team. They also list Consulting, Meeting Software and Messaging, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
