Project Broadcast

Project Broadcast is a web-based SMS / texting platform for relationship-based businesses. In practice that means running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

The natural audience is marketing teams with more than one channel. They also list Marketing, Messaging, Mobile Apps and SMS, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Project Broadcast is based in Irving, Texas. You can read more at projectbroadcast.com.

Things worth asking about: CRM integration, lead scoring, and how fast the learning curve is. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
