identifinet

Identifi is an enterprise based software designed for scanning. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

identifinet is based in Harbor City, California. Their site is identifi.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know identifinet well, your review carries weight here.
