FOG Software Group

FOG Software Group is an operating group of Vela Software headquartered in Toronto, Canada. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

FOG Software Group is based in Deerfield, Illinois. More on fogsoftwaregroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with FOG Software Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
