Istonish

Istonish is an information technology company that offers managed IT services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list CRM, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Istonish is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. You can read more at istonish.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Istonish, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
