Alldata

Alldata is the leading provider of OEM service and repair information to the professional automotive service and collision industries. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Automotive and Logistics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Alldata is based in Elk Grove, California and founded in 1986. More on alldata.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Alldata well, your review carries weight here.
