Optiform

Optiform delivers forms processing solutions that enhances business productivity by automating forms and document-based business processes. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that want fewer tools. Related areas on their profile: Data Mining, Document Management and Productivity Tools. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Optiform is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. More on optiform.com.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
