ETAbot

Etabot, Inc. offers AI-powered project management tools for efficient team collaboration and time-saving automation. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

It makes the most sense for teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Consulting and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ETAbot is based in Boulder, Colorado. You can read more at etabot.ai.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with ETAbot, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
