Boon

Boon is the leading AI-powered solution for automating and optimizing talent referral communities. In practice that means scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. Related areas on their profile: College Recruiting, Human Resources, Recruiting, Social Media and Social Recruiting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Boon is based in Los Angeles, California and around since 2015. You can read more at goboon.co.

Our checklist for this category: which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
