Staff IT Solutions

Staff IT Solutions is a software product development firm that offers services, support, and solutions for the US staffing domain. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Staff IT Solutions is based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. You can read more at staffitsol.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
