DiBell Group

DiBell Group is a niche consulting firm that specializes in delivering top-tier, highly specialized ERP consultants. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Professional Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DiBell Group is based in Winter Park, Florida and founded in 2011. Their site is dibellgroup.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
