Groe Advisors

Groe Advisors is a recruiting company that offers hiring and staffing services for the IT, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Industrial Engineering and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Groe Advisors is based in Waltham, Massachusetts and around since 2007. Their site is youcangroe.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
