AboutOne

AboutOne provides an online family management system that helps families get organized. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.

The natural audience is teams in its space. They also list Contact Management, Events and Family, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AboutOne is based in Paoli, Pennsylvania and founded in 2010. Their site is aboutone.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
